The market service discovers active assets, filters deployments to chain 4663, requests current quotes, validates their shape, and derives an indicative midpoint. The engine rejects unavailable, halted, invalid, and stale inputs before it writes observations.

#Decision and history

After every required series has enough unique observations, V0.1 computes the component contributions and classifies the score. A decision entry retains the complete audit references. Track-record metrics remain disabled until later real observations can resolve enough decisions.
