Define and publish an offchain research mandate without implying execution or deployment.
#Identity and universe
Choose a literal name, compact code, and description of what the model measures. Universe search reads the live active-asset registry; a symbol cannot be published if it is not currently active.
#Benchmark and model
Select the benchmark from within the chosen universe. Choose a model family and inspect its limitations. A custom-weighted definition is stored, but it reports NO DATA until a compatible runtime worker is scheduled.
#Publication
Review the exact observation horizon and thresholds. An unsigned record is persisted with UNVERIFIED creator state. A signed record uses a server-verified message signature. Neither path deploys a smart contract.
#After publication
- The browser redirects to the persisted agent dossier.
- The raw canonical configuration is visible.
- Runtime state is NO DATA until a worker is assigned.
- No decision or performance row is created by publication.
